For centuries the Tarot has been used as a bridge between the subconscious, conscious and the Higher Conscious. The Tarot has evolved as we have evolved, depicting and incorporating social aspects and beliefs of the time.
The cards do not hold any magic! They are a focus of intent whereby the questioner or 'reader' can use them for visual guidance to help them tune into their intuition and psychic abilities.
The term 'psychic' usually means anything felt or recognised that is outside of the five physical senses. There is a psychic sense attached to each of the physical senses (e.g. clairaudience/hearing and clairvoyance/seeing) and it is important to remember that every person has these senses, however, some people have them more developed than others.
Like anything though, with a bit of practise it is amazing what you can achieve. Think of increasing your psychic senses as like strengthening a muscle, with a bit of repetition the results can be seen quite quickly. Many people who haven't considered themselves to be psychic have, with training and practise, developed their senses very well. So these 'perceptional' abilities are available to everyone.
These cards have been channelled by Heather and are intended to be used as a form of Tarot. The images are given to her from divine beings who reside in the non-physical, or spirit worlds. The Soulworkers Tarot incorporates traditional interpretations, however it is a unique system, therefore each card has a 'soulworkers' meaning and translation too.
